Job Profile and Responsibilities:

  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Identifies customer needs by researching industry and related contacts. Participates in industry events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Trains and develops partner relationships and analyzes partner and market needs
  • Develops partner management and partner growth plan to be implemented with continuous follow ups
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing customer needs, product downloads, market trends and strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities;
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of product with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating customer’s needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Assist sales in the qualification of customer needs through discovery;
  • Participation across the sales lifecycle on acquiring strategic customers;
  • Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via WebEx;
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept engagements with prospects;
  • Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents;
  • Ability to review local competitors ability and create a comparison list to act accordingly to promote mentioned product
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.;
  • Ability to sell Professional Services, conduct transition briefing – communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment;
  • Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution to address the customer’s business issue;
  • being proactive without being told what to do;
  • Ability to prioritize task and be efficient to minimize wasted effort;
  • Proven ability to live up to commitments while maintaining integrity and focus on details;
  • Mastery of the Sales process and trusted advisor for account representative;
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts;
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting sales campaigns to customers;
  • Extensive demonstration experience covering technical and value needs;
  • English – fluent

  • Experience selling enterprise solutions to end clients.
